Episode 75: Tooken

Tooken

A man with certain skills and a sketchy American accent fights to rescue his wife, daughter and mother from kidnappers in this comic action spoof.

IMDb

A good spoof could be enjoyed by someone who hasn't seen the target content the spoof is making fun of. Every line of dialog is a joke and you have to watch the movie a second time because you were so busy choking to death on your popcorn from laughing so hard that you missed 50% of the zingers. Tooken, meets half this criteria. If you haven't seen Taken, chances are you've heard the famous line "I have a particular set of skills..." Hell, they even put the quote on the movie poster. That's all you need to know to get every single joke in Tooken. You'll also be choking to death on your popcorn too but not from laughing. You misplaced the remote and the only way to stop watching is with a classic movie suicide by choking yourself on popcorn. After we take our dicks out, we're rambling about Sing, Kevin Hart: What Now?, Jim Gaffigan: Cinco, and The Dick Show Road Rage Philly: Taxation is Theft. Next week, we're watching Biggie and Tupac.
