Episode 113: Being AP

Being AP

Undoubtedly one of Britain's greatest ever sportsmen, the story of AP McCoy's final season is a fascinating mix of sacrifice, doubt, decisions, triumphs and failures, injury and ultimately, finding a way to leave the stage.

Today we're reviewing a documentary about probably the greatest jockey in history, Tony McCoy. That's a link to his Wikipedia article, which will be a bit more informative than documentary only because his accent is so thick, we're not really sure what he was telling us. What you won't get from Wikipedia is a look at his incredible mansion, and attractive wife. So... Give Being AP a watch and then turn it off 30 minutes before the end because it's just the longest outro ever recorded in history. After the news, we're rambling about Jeff Foxworthy & Larry the Cable Guy: We've Been Thinking, Bridesmaids, The Brothers Grimm, and Pacific Rim: Uprising. Next week, we're watching Nise: The Heart of Madness.
